1) You must ADVERT raid USING /ad before commencing a raid.
2) You must wait 10 minutes in-between raiding the same person.
3) Once you've completed your raid, you must leave. You cannot occupy a base/store after a raid.
4) You cannot raid from inaccessible rooftops. (Inaccessible in the sense that you cannot walk on it. Ninjas are allowed to use the Climb SWEP to get to your base from rooftops)
5) You cannot raid an obviously open/empty base.
6) Walking past the 2nd door in the PD is considered raiding.
When raiding the bank/PD, it is Raiders vs. CP. Do not kill other raiders.
7) You must ADVERT Bank/PD Raid when raiding either one of the two.
You may only raid the PD/Bank if there are at least TWO (2) Government officials currently.
9) Before the use of each explosive weapon such as the Orbital Strike, C4, or nerve gas you must ADVERT using /ad a clear warning stating the location of use, give players the opportunity to leave the area.

5) You may only keep a kidnapped person for a maximum of 20 minutes.
6) Victims may not kill their kidnapper.
7) If a kidnapper fails to ziptie their victim, the victim may still run away and ask for help.

9) Cultists and Opium Followers may build parishes.

3) You may NOT kill the mugger if you are being mugged. Someone else has to counter the mug.
4) You may not kill a mugger even if you already have a weapon equipped.

5) Government jobs may return to the PD if killed during a raid, but may not return with guns out. NLR still applies and you may only kill the raiders after 5 minutes.

2) These warns must be FIVE (5) seconds apart. Once the 3 warns have been issued, you may kill the player bothering you. (If you've been warned 3 times, YOU MAY NOT KILL THE PERSON WARNING YOU UNTIL THEY HAVE DEALT DAMAGE TO YOU)
Raiding Rules1) You must ADVERT raid USING /ad before commencing a raid.
2) You must wait 10 minutes in-between raiding the same person.
3) Once you've completed your raid, you must leave. You cannot occupy a base/store after a raid.
4) You cannot raid from inaccessible rooftops. (Inaccessible in the sense that you cannot walk on it. Ninjas are allowed to use the Climb SWEP to get to your base from rooftops)
5) You cannot raid an obviously open/empty base.
6) Walking past the 2nd door in the PD is considered raiding.
When raiding the bank/PD, it is Raiders vs. CP. Do not kill other raiders.
7) You must ADVERT Bank/PD Raid when raiding either one of the two.
You may only raid the PD/Bank if there are at least TWO (2) Government officials currently.
9) Before the use of each explosive weapon such as the Orbital Strike, C4, or nerve gas you must ADVERT using /ad a clear warning stating the location of use, give players the opportunity to leave the area.
10) You must wait between 5 minutes per raid after ending one to raid someone different.
Kidnapper/Cultists/Opium Followers Rules1) You must issue a text warning (advert using /ad) so they are aware of the situation.
2) You must ziptie a person in order to kidnap them. You may bludgeon and take their weapons first.
3) You cannot kidnap in spawn.
4) You must wait 10 minutes between kidnapping the same person.
5) You may only keep a kidnapped person for a maximum of 20 minutes.
6) Victims may not kill their kidnapper.
7) If a kidnapper fails to ziptie their victim, the victim may still run away and ask for help.
Cultists and Opium Followers must advert ?Sacrifice? before proceeding on sacrificing their victims. (/ad Sacrifice)
9) Cultists and Opium Followers may build parishes.
Mugging Rules1) You must issue a text warning before mugging a person so they are aware of the situation. (/ad Mug! Drop $5000 in 5 seconds or die!)
2) You must give the victim at least FIVE (5) seconds to drop the money before you kill them.
3) You may NOT kill the mugger if you are being mugged. Someone else has to counter the mug.
4) You may not kill a mugger even if you already have a weapon equipped.
5) You cannot mug someone for more than $10 000.
6) You must wait 5 minutes before mugging someone else.
7) You must wait 10 minutes before mugging the same person.
Stealing/Theft Rules1) You must issue a warning text before stealing any item, entity, or weapon. (/ad Steal)
2) Only criminal classes may steal.
3) You may steal from transactions being done.
Gang Territory Rules1) You must be a raiding class to claim or defend a territory.
2) You may not fire on enemy gangs unless the territory is being captured or defended.
3) You must be in a gang to participate in an ongoing defense/capture.
4) If you enter a contested territory with a gun out, you can be shot by defending/capturing gangs.
5) Corrupt CP may NOT participate in territory wars.
6) You are NOT allowed to capture a territory from the inside of a building.
Default RP Laws1) Owning a small handgun is legal. [always]
2) Murder, assault, robbery and raiding are illegal activities. [always]
3) Jaywalking is legal. [always]
4) Firing off any gun in public for any reason other than self defense is illegal.[mayor can change]
5) Owning contraband (excluding printers) is illegal.[mayor can change]
6) Bit Miners are legal (including CPs and Mayor). [always]
7) Black Market products are illegal. [mayor can change]
Car Rules1) You may not enter a car to escape any sort of RP. (like being killed)
2) You may only remove your car when you are in current possession of it. (Owners must regain possession of carjacked cars for them to be allowed to remove.)
3) No-colliding cars to go through props is prohibited.
4) Cars must be parked right along a curb or in a garage.
5) Ramming cars is prohibited.
6) Carjacking MUST be adverted. (/ad Carjack)
7) Materializing cars is prohibited.
You may spray paint your car.
9) Glitching cars is an immediate warn.
Party Rules1) Parties can only contain roles of similar classes. (Criminals CANNOT be in parties with dealers, they must stick strictly with criminals.)
2) Each member of a party must still individually advert raids.
Job Specific Rules & GuidelinesAll Government Classes1) Government jobs are not allowed to own their own separate base. Their home is the Police Department. Government jobs are allowed to build police checkpoints for RP purposes only.
2) Government jobs must follow the guidelines and rules set by the Mayor.
3) Government jobs can be corrupt, but can be demoted for being corrupt. (You can NOT RDA, RDM or raid without a valid warrant.)
4) Police must advert SWAT Raid (/ad SWAT Raid) when raiding warranted criminals.
5) Government jobs may return to the PD if killed during a raid, but may not return with guns out. NLR still applies and you may only kill the raiders after 5 minutes.
6) Any action that involves not following rules set by the Mayor is considered corruption.
7) Government jobs are only allowed to weapon check in the Police Department or Bank. You may not weapon check in checkpoints.
You must advert first before weapon checking. (/ad Weapon check)
9) Only the Police may build inside PD.
10) Do not randomly arrest someone without reason.
11) You must always have a valid roleplay reason to search, warrant or want a player. (saw/heard printers or meth cooking in their base)
12) After a valid warning, government jobs may legally eliminate lawbreakers who resist arrest or flee. Three Warn System applies. (/ad Warn 1/2/3)
13) If you are shot at, you must shoot back. Do not attempt to arrest someone who is shooting at you. (Baton Rush)
14) Melee weapons do not apply to Baton Rush therefore you must arrest them.
15) During a lockdown, government jobs may arrest any non-government officials outside or on the streets. (Hobos are excluded)
16) Police must wait 30 seconds after a lockdown begins before they arrest people.
17) Police may eliminate anyone who tries to flee or resist arrest without warning after the first 30 seconds of lockdown.
18) Corrupt CPs are not allowed to base with criminals.
19) Corrupt CPs may only kill fellow CPs in self-defense.
20) Corrupt CPs may own a home and store printers but may not build.
21) Corrupt CPs cannot mug.
Mayor1) You may be demoted for being corrupt.
2) The Mayor may set his own bail price or disallow bail altogether.
3) If there is no Mayor, The Police Chief may set the bail rules instead.
4) You may change laws to be active or inactive based on the list at the bottom of the rules.
5) You may create a lockdown at any time for any reason.
6) You may build in the PD with cosmetic props only. No fading doors or blockades.
7) You may only own pistols and knives for self-defense.
Citizens1) Citizens are not allowed to raid or steal.
2) Citizens are allowed to obviously own a base and own printers and other entities.
Vendor Classes (Gun Dealers, Black Market Dealers, Prostitutes, High-tech Dealers)1) Dealers must sell to the public.
2) Dealers cannot refuse services to anyone. (excluding Black Market Dealers)
3) Scamming during vendor transactions or any roleplay transactions is not allowed whatsoever.
4) You can put vending machines anywhere on public property except spawn.
5) Black Market products are illegal unless the mayor says so. Black Market Dealers can be arrested for selling their products.
6) Do not self-supply. (includes switching to the class only to supply items for your friends) You may only self-supply if you are the only dealer of that certain class but may only buy ONE (1) shipment.
7) You may not base with anyone else.
You may coordinate with other dealers (Black Market Dealers, High-tech Dealers) and have a hybrid shop.
9) Black Market Dealers may be arrested on sight if they are caught selling their products unless the mayor legalizes them.
Pet Classes (Dog, etc)1) Pets may not base or own entities.
2) Pets may mug people or other pets and be mugged themselves.
3) Pets may not own or use weapons. They may only use the certain SWEP provided for them. (dog_SWEP , monkey_SWEP)
4) Pets may not be kept in confinement by anyone, including owners.
5) Dogs may work with the government as Police Dogs.
Thieves/Raiders/Ninjas1) Thieves/Raiders/Ninjas are allowed to raid.
2) Thieves/Raiders/Ninjas may mug other people.
3) Thieves/Raiders/Ninjas may base with other criminal classes except for gangsters and hitmen.
4) Only Ninjas are allowed to raid from rooftops.
Rogue Medics1) Rogue medics may base with criminal classes and dealers.
2) Rogue medics may not have entities.
3) Rogue medics may not heal government officials.
4) You may not mug as a rogue medic.
5) Rogue medics may not solo raid. They must raid with at least one partner.
Gangsters (Bloods, Crips, Banditos)1) Gangsters are allowed to raid anywhere.
2) Gangsters are allowed to mug other people.
3) Gangsters must listen to the orders of their leader.
4) Gangsters may mega-base.
5) Gangsters may not have alliances with each other.
6) Gangsters may not base with others except members of their gang.
Bank Robbers1) Bank Robbers are allowed to base with other criminal classes except gangsters and hitmen.
2) Bank Robbers may not mug.
3) Bank Robbers may obviously raid the bank as well as other bases, including PD.
Hitmen1) You cannot base as a hitman. (You may have an office/store, but can't have anyone else working in the shop with you)
2) You cannot own entities as a hitman.
3) Hitmen are allowed to deny contracts.
4) Hitmen are allowed to set their price for hits. (/hitprice [amount])
5) Hitmen may use weapons other than the ones provided.
6) You cannot raid as a hitman.
7) You may not participate in counters or raids.
Hobos and Hobo Leader1) Hobos can raid only if they're with the Hobo Leader.
2) Hobos cannot have weapons except knives and crowbars.
3) Hobos are allowed to build on the sidewalks only.
4) Hobos may not build in tunnels.
5) You may not buy doors as a hobo.
Bank Guards1) Bank Guards must stay inside the bank or beside the bank door at all times.
2) You must defend the bank during heists.
3) You may have bitminers within the bank only.
4) You may add extra defenses (limited to one fading door only) past the 2nd door of the Bank.
Heavy Guards1) Heavy Guards may be hired by everyone.
2) Heavy Guards may not base alone. You must be hired by someone to base with them.
3) Heavy Guards may not have entities.
4) You cannot perform criminal activities as a heavy guard. (Mug/Raid/Carjack etc.)
5) When hired by someone, you are expected to follow their orders and defend their base if needed.
DJ1) You may build a DJ stand on the sidewalks or at fountain.
2) You cannot base as a DJ. (You may have a club, but you may not have any entities except your boombox within the club.)
3) DJs may not have entities except the boombox
4) DJs may KOS anyone who steals their boombox.
5) You may not keep your boombox once you switch jobs. Keeping it counts as self-supplying.
